Getting to Oz En Oisans
Oz-en-Oisans is about 560 miles (900km) from Calais, and takes about 10 hours of driving. Motorway all the way to Grenoble. And then its about 55km. From the airports you can hire a car, and there are many car rental companies at the airports, but better deals can usually be found by prebooking online.
A very convenient way is to use a private transfer option. Local Taxi companies that we can recommend include Blangicar who provided a good reliable service, or Taxi d'Oz, who are based in the village. Both can be booked in advance, by clicking on the link.
An alternative, available from Grenoble and Chambery Airports is to use Ben's Buses. They provide a link with every flight and take you to a village near to Oz, where they will, with prior booking organize a taxi to the Oz Station. Transisere the local bus company also provide a service from Grenoble Station and right to the village, Oz Station.
The Eurostar to Paris, from where the TGV will take you to Geneva or the regular SNCF will take you Grenoble where regular buses run to Oz (www.transisere.fr)
